Raised in Lake County, Tige Buchanan started his practice in Leesburg after attending University of Miami and obtaining his graduate degree at Life University in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Buchanan's belief in a holistic approach to medicine has led to the growth of his practice that opened in 2004. In 2014, he expanded his practice to include a variety of traditional medical treatments, along with Decompression, Shockwave, Stem Cell/PRP Therapy, IV Therapies, Hormone Replacement Therapy (BioTE), and Weight Loss Programs, 

Dr. Buchanan serves on the board of Hospice. He makes sure his practice is involved in the community by sponsorships and donations to various local groups. 

His free time is spent with his wife and two daughters traveling or going to the beach. He also enjoys offshore fishing.

Dr. Peter Sidhom, DC is a native Floridian who was raised in Central Florida. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Florida then went on to continue his education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida to earn his Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree. With over 5 years of experience in the Chiropractic field, Dr. Sidhom strives to offer the most personalized experience to each patient while discussing the best treatment and preventative strategies. Dr. Sidhom treats patients of all ages while prioritizing their health and well-being.

Rebecca Traylor, BSN, MSN, FNP, earned both her Bachelor and Master of science in Nursing from Purdue University.  She brings more than 30 years of experience in the medical field, having served in a wide range of clinical and professional roles.  Rebecca’s approach to care is grounded in treating the whole person, emphasizing open communication, shared decision-making, and the development of trusting, long-term patient relationships.

Traditional internal medicine practice. Management of inpatient, outpatient and nursing facility populations. Services provided include history and physical examination, consultations, electrocardiogram, pulmonary function testing, holter monitor, INR monitoring and minor office procedures.
